OUR MISSION
Moxy Investments acquires real estate throughout the western United States by partnering with members in each community. Brokers/Agents, Tipsters, and Investors are all important for mutual success.
We focus on markets that support diverse job opportunities, younger demographics, and institutions for higher learning. California and the western U.S. showcase much of our portfolio but we are expanding our investments in Nashville, TN and Austin, TX.
We build and support long-term sustainable, “smart” communities by elevating the livelihood of our tenants, investors, and team members. By following our guiding principles, we will achieve this goal and bring prosperity to those working with us.
