Description: We seek single family residences with various levels of rehab need. Homes in need of cosmetic upgrades – paint, carpeting, windows – are our first preference. Homes in need of complete upgrades or valuable enhancements such as a bedroom or bathroom additions are also of interest provided the rehab meets our minimum yield requirements. We seek all commercial types in need of upgrade and re-positioning; we welcome all deals for review on a case-by-case basis.
